An Army veteran who hurt his back during the Iraq War is worried a citation will result in him losing his 14 pet ducks, which he says are therapeutic. Darin Welker said officials in the village of West Lafayette told him to get rid of the ducks in May and cited him for a minor misdemeanor on June 23 for failing to comply. The body of a 16-year-old swimmer in Lake Georgetown was found Sunday morning around 9 a.m. The boy had gone missing around Overlook Park at the lake on Friday.Dive teams with the Georgetown Police and Fire Dept. and from the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and the Travis County Sheriff's Office were involved in the search on Sunday.Employees with Texas Parks and Wildlife and volunteers with the Travis County Search and Rescue were also involved in the search.
