Two men were arrested in Robinson and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child Wednesday morning, the Robinson Police Department confirmed.
The department identified the suspects as Mark Jones, 37, and George Louis Jones, 25.
Investigators said the pair sexually abused a 14-year-old girl over a roughly 10-month period that spanned August 2016 to June 2017 at a home in the 600 block of Coahuila Drive. On Wednesday, Robinson Police executed a search warrant at the home after obtaining arrest warrants Tuesday.
Both suspects were arrested without incident, according to police. In addition to the first degree felony continuous sexual abuse charge both men face, George Louis Jones was also charged with indecency with a child -- a second degree felony.
Both men were booked at the McLennan County Jail.
