Dozens of floats paraded down Central Ave. Tuesday for the annual Belton 4th of July Parade.

More than 30,000 people lined the streets to see the floats, bands, marching units, decorated vehicles, antique cars and much more.

The first parade was held in the mid-1800's and has been an annual event in Belton since 1919.

USA Today named the parade as one of the country's top ten places to fly your flag on the 4th in 2008.
