For the first time, Cirque Du Soleil is taking its show and setting it on ice.
Crystal follows the journey of the character Crystal as she discovers various parts of her imagination. Everything is performed on ice, with various aerial scenes, acrobatics, and clown pieces on the slippery surfaces.
Something else new the show is doing is using a different lighting system. It reads and follows sensors sewn into the performers costumes, instead of the lights being hand controlled by people.
With around 40 artists from all over the world and some of the most imaginative performances around, Cirque Du Soleil's Crystal is certainly gathering fans from each place it visits.
The show will be at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park (near Round Rock) now through Feb. 18.
