Take a look back in time when men settled arguments with swords, when the horse was the main mode of transport, and the food didn't come from the grocery store, all while enjoying minstrels along the way at the Scarborough Renaissance Festival.

Set on 35-acres of land the festival is all about the old English way of life. As you walk with kings and queens to one of the many shows be sure to watch a bird of prey exhibition or simply sample the many different types of food on offer from the various vendors made on site.

The festival wraps up on Memorial Day so be sure to catch it before it becomes history.
