A man is in the Killeen City jail for indecency with a child after he was arrested Wednesday in Temple.
According to KPD, they received multiple reports of indecency with a child. After an investigation, they identified the suspect as 42-year-old Mario Reyes Jr.
Two warrants were obtained; one for Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact and one of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Reyes was arraigned Thursday by Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke and his bond is set at $250,000.
KPD said the Bell County District Attorney’s Office is still reviewing the cases and additional charges are pending.
