On this edition of Move It Monday, KCEN Fitness Expert Susan Cornette shows us a healthy summer salad recipe.

"Staying healthy can be easy once you find the right products," says Susan.

Susan says one of the biggest obstacles to creating a healthy summer salad is finding a salad dressing without artificial ingredients. Hydrogenated oils are found in most brands which can clog arteries and turn your healthy salad into an unhealthy meal.

Today, Susan is sharing her favorite line of all natural ingredient salad dressings and marinades called Tessemae's. With only olive oil, lemon juice and all natural seasonings, Susan says you get the same taste without all the artificial ingredients.

Shrimp Salad Recipe

Toss together spinach, arugula and your favorite greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and carrots and Tessemae's Southwest Ranch dressing.

Saute 2 tablespoons of Tessemae's Lemon Garlic dressing. Pour in peeled & undeveined shrimp. Let cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Toss in a few thinly sliced lemons without the seeds and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley. Mix together and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add another 1-2 tablespoons of dressing to have a healthy, tasty summer shrimp salad.
