Murder suspect still wanted, considered armed and dangerous, Harker Heights police say

The Harker Heights Police Department is alerting the public that a suspect in an early March murder is still wanted and considered armed and dangerous.

The Harker Heights Police Department is alerting the public that a suspect in an early March murder is still wanted and considered armed and dangerous. They are still asking for the public's help in locating him.

On Monday, March 12, detectives obtained an arrest warrant issued by Bell County Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke for 26-year-old Joseph Manuel Blas of Harker Heights.

Blas is suspected of murdering Thomas Raymond West the weekend before in the 1000 block of Indian Trail.

The suspect is considered a fugitive and the department is seeking help from anyone who may know his whereabouts.

Police are also asking for help in locating a person of interest, who they believe has the first name of Cliff. Cliff is possibly living in Killeen, police said.
