At Scarborough Renaissance Festival you can step back in time and see jousting knights, falconers, minstrels and artisans crafting their wares.
One of the best parts is the interaction between all the performers and artisans. The public is encouraged to ask questions and speak to the people of the festival, and the public may be asked to join in the with performers as well.
Many of the performances, acts, and craftsmen are all new to the festival this year. Throughout the season themed weekends happen such as Celtic Weekend and the Royal Ale Festival.
