(KCEN) -- U.S. Authorities will interrogate suspected Al Qaeda operative Abu Anas al-Llibi aboard an American warship without reading him his Miranda rights.

U.S. Conducts raids target terrorist

Al-Libi was captured from the streets of the Libyan capital of Tripoli in a U.S. military raid over the weekend.

He will be in military custody for several more days or weeks aboard the USS San Antonio in the Mediterranean Sea.

Al-Libi is indicted in the U.S. for helping to plan an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya in 1998.
