Armed thieves steal money from Killeen 7-Eleven

KILLEEN - Police were searching Monday for two men who stole an undisclosed amount of money from the 7-Eleven convenience store on Willow Springs Road in Killeen.

Investigators said two men used a gun to threaten the store clerk into handing over money just before 3:50 a.m. Nobody was hurt, but the suspects escaped in an unknown direction.

Killeen Police Spokesperson Ofelia Miramontez said she was unaware if there was any surveillance footage.

One suspect was described as a black man, who wore a hoodie, black jeans, black shoes and a white bandana across his face. The second suspect was described as a black man, wearing a hoodie, white shoes and light blue jeans.
