A special tour is happening tonight only in downtown Waco to commemorate the anniversary of the deadly Waco tornado. It happened 64-years-ago in the afternoon of May 11 with many people taken by surprise because of the strange atmospheric conditions.
The tour organized by Waco Walks is lead by local historian Eric Ames who will take the group on a free tour of areas effected by the tornado. The walk will be be around 3 miles long and starts at 6pm at the tornado memorial.
