Aggies participate in annual elephant walk

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Every year Texas A&M juniors and seniors gather to participate in one of the oldest and most cherished Aggie traditions, Elephant Walk.

The event started in 1922 and occurs before the last regularly scheduled home game of the season. It's an opportunity for seniors to remember their time spent and the memories and friends made while in aggieland.

Although it started as an event for seniors, in 1992 juniors began what is now known as  Junior E-Walk which occurs simultaneously with Elephant Walk and is a celebration for the junior class as they move up to leading the Twelfth Man.
