Monday, October 24th: 10-2-4 Day at the Dr. Pepper Museum. This year it's partnering with Howdy Homemade, an ice cream shop in Dallas. Visitors will be able to get in for FREE if they sing a Dr. Pepper Jingle.
Tuesday, October 25th: Catch Goldie B. Locks and the Three Singing Bears at the Cultural Activities Center. Mary Hardin Baylor Opera Cru will be performing for area 3rd and 5th graders. Ticket are available for $3.
Wednesday, October 26th: Brazos Forum celebrates the Visual and Performing Arts. The two day event will feature guests who will hold presentations at the SBC Theater at the Mayborn Museum.Membership needs to be bought in advance.
Thursday, October 27th: Halloween fun at the Mayborn. Create a haunted house or creepy character, conduct a scary symphony and even design a paper mask with LED lights. Event runs from 5:30-7:30 PM and is FREE for museum members and Baylor University Students.
Friday, October 28th: Catch the Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Waco Hippodrome Theater and enjoy a shadow cast performance by the Waco Civic Theater. The cult classic begins at 11:59 PM and lasts for 100 minutes.
Saturday, October 29th: Superhero Fall Festival at the Art Center in Waco. Kids can enjoy super games with Spiderman and black widow, art activities, food trucks, live music and more. Event is FREE but there is a $5 suggested donation per family.
Also on Saturday: Enter the zombie zone in Temple for the Escape from Temple: Zombie Challenge. Temple has been infected by zombies and has been ordered to shut down the city to contain the epidemic. You must make it through several infected areas and 20 challenge stations to board the train out of Temple. Event begins at 4 PM and costs $20 to run, $25 if you register the day of.
Sunday, October 30th: Dr. Pepper Museum hosts DPM After Dark. There you can tour the museum, learn behind-the-scenes information about Waco history and the paranormal investigations at the museum. Adults 18 and older are welcome. Event begins at 10 PM and costs $20.
