Around Central Texas Week of September 19th

Monday, September 19th: Saint Martin's Voices -- a professional vocal ensemble --  is performing at Baylor University. Event is free of charge.

Tuesday, September 20th: 32nd Annual Military Appreciation Luncheon in Temple. The event will expand the list of honored special guests to include both World War II and Korean War Veterans. Tickets can be bought online at templetx.org/events.

Wednesday, September 21st: Waco Cultural Arts Fest is a five day event that shines a spotlight on the arts and our community. An estimated 2,000 people are expected to attend at the Waco Convention Center.

Thursday, September 22nd: Celebrate Word Rhino Day at the Cameron Park Zoo in Waco. The zoo has activities planned for all ages from 10 AM to noon.

Friday, September 23rd: Help find the killer of a flapper found dead outside the Half Moon Club at the 'Flapper Murder Dinner and Show'. The event will be held at the Brazos Theater beginning at 7:30 PM. Costumes are encouraged. 

Saturday, September 24th: Tailgate Concert Series before the Baylor Bears take on Oklahoma State. The stage for the performance will be right outside Gate D of McLane Stadium. Admission to the Concert Series is free.

Sunday, September 25th: Legally Blonde at Jones Concert Hall at Baylor University. Show begins at 7:30 PM and lasts until September 29th.
