Bad weather forecast cancels Saturday's Food Truck Frenzy in Temple

Bad weather caused the city to call off May's event. The next one will be June 24.

Unfavorable weather forecasted for Saturday caused the City of Temple to cancel its Food Truck Frenzy and Main Street Market events scheduled that day.

"It is looking like the weather is not going to cooperate with us this weekend, so we have made the decision to cancel this Saturday's events," Downtown Development Coordinator Sherri Street said in a press release. "We want everybody to have a great time at the Food Truck Frenzy and look forward to seeing everybody next month."

Temple's Food Truck Frenzy is normally held the 4th Saturday of each month in City Hall Plaza on N. Main Street in the heart of downtown. The next one is scheduled for June 24.
