KPD needs help identifying robbery suspect

KILLEEN - Killeen Police is asking for the public's help identifying the man depicted in this photo obtained by detectives: 

According to police, the man in the photo is a suspect in an aggravated robbery.

At approximately 8:58 p.m. Wednesday, Killeen PD responded to a 911 call of an aggravated robbery at the Jack in the Box located in the 200 block of W. Rancier Ave. 

When officers arrived at the scene, witnesses told police a suspect pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded money, according to a KPD press release. The suspect was described to police as a black male in his mid 20s, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, medium build with facial hair, and was wearing a hooded sweat shirt and black wave cap. 

The suspect was reportedly accompanied by a black female with dreadlocks who was wearing all black clothes. According to the release, the two fled the scene in a gold colored mid-size sedan. 

No one was injured during the incident, the release stated. 

Police are asking anyone who has information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers at (254)526-8477 or submit an anonymous tip online at www.bellcountycrimestoppers.com.

Any tips that lead to an arrest of the person responsible for the robbery could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
