KILLEEN - Three Killeen Police officers involved in a shooting that ended with a robbery suspect dead were set to return to active duty Thursday.

Police said Daezion Turner, 15, shot at the officers April 24 in the parking lot of the Killeen Marketplace.  Turner was suspected of robbing the T-Mobile store just before police arrived.

The officers returned fire, killing Turner.

The officers were placed on administrative leave after the shooting, which is standard practice after a police involved shooting.

The Texas Rangers are leading the investigation.
