Temple ISD Trustees seek community involvement in superintendent search

The Temple Independent School District is asking for the community’s involvement in its superintendent search.

The district’s Board of Trustees employed the Texas Association of School Boards Executive Search Services to assist with the hunt for a new superintendent.

Current Superintendent Dr. Robin Battershell announced earlier this year that she would retire at the end of the 2017-2018 school year.

The Board has requested school personnel and the public to be involved in developing qualifications and characteristics of the person the Board should seek to become the new superintendent, according to a press release.

Temple ISD provided the following links for the community to participate in a superintendent survey.
