Looking for an effective workout that you can do in 5 minutes? Try the burpee. Fitness expert Susan Cornette gives you everything you need to know about the workout. The best part of about the burpee is you don't need any equipment and can do it anywhere at any time of the day.

Susan says you want to do a total of 30 burpees. 15 burpees then take a 1 minute break and continue with the remaining 15. Susan says that the burpee works out all muscles in your body at once and helps burn calories efficiently.
