How to register?
Get a voter registration form from your local county voter registrar’s office. Click here to find a location near you.
Fill out the form and turn it in to the office by 5 p.m. or by mail by the end of day.
Be at least 17 years and 10 months of age on the date of application and be 18 by Election Day, November 8, 2016.
All voters who register to vote in Texas must provide a Texas driver’s license number or Personal Identification Number(PID) issued by Texas Department of Public Safety.
The last four digits of the voter’s social security number can be provided if the PID is unavailable
If you don’t’ have a social security number, you need to state that fact.
