Baylor Football's Oklahoma State Game Set For 6:30 p.m. Kick

WACO, Texas - Baylor football's opening Big 12 contest against Oklahoma State on Sept. 24 will start at 6:30 p.m. and be televised on FOX, the conference office announced Monday.

Baylor, ranked No. 21 in the AP Top 25 and No. 19 in the Amway Coaches polls, is off to a 2-0 for the seventh-straight season and will play its first road game at Rice on Friday at 7 p.m., before hosting the Cowboys.

Oklahoma State is 1-1 on the season, after losing to Central Michigan Saturday. The Cowboys host Pittsburgh this Saturday, before traveling to take on the Bears next weekend.

Baylor defeated OSU, 45-35, last year in Stillwater, but still trails the overall series between the two teams, 19-15. However, BU did earn a 49-28 victory the last time the two teams met in Waco in 2014 and holds a 7-6 advantage in series games in Waco. The game versus Oklahoma State will be BU's third on the FOX family of networks this season.

Fans attending the game are asked to wear gold.
