NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS - Baylor football coach Matt Rhule was a part of a camp held at Stephen F. Austin State University and Nacogdoches over the weekend.
Along with former Texas QB and current Houston coach Major Applewhite, Rhule wanted to spend the weekend educating hopeful future college football players on the recruiting process and connecting a statewide football communtiy.
While speaking with our sister station, KYTX, Rhule was asked whether he's changing the type of recruit he's looking for following the recent scandal surrounding the Baylor football program. Rhule said he's always believed who someone is more important than what they can do on the football field and his approach to recruiting will remain the same.
