TOP QUOTE #1
"We felt like they put their best foot forward. I think we played really well. That's the thing in tennis, it usually doesn't have a lot to do with your opponent. You've got to take care of your own side of the court and we did that today." – head coach Joey Scrivano on the match against ISU.
TOP QUOTE #2
"They were rock solid from start to finish. I was happy with their efficiency. They're playing in rhythm and getting back to doing things the right way. Especially in Kiah's case, she's back on track right now and it's really good to see." – Scrivano on Shankle and Generette.
The Lady Bears will be back in action Thursday with a doubleheader against St. Edwards at 10 a.m. and the University of Memphis at 5 p.m. at the Hurd Tennis Center.
