Houston native Ashley Goudeau is proud to call KCEN home.

Ashley is a cum laude graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where she served as the anchor and reporter for KSHU Channel 7 News.

Her love of journalism started at a young age when she routinely called family members to conduct “news interviews,” and that love of news followed her into high school where she began taking broadcast journalism classes. She enjoys reporting because it gives her the opportunity to connect with the community and inform the public.

When she is not chasing news, Ashley enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
