The threat of wintry conditions including ice have prompted several school districts to announce closings and late starts:

All Saints Episcopal's: No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Anahuac ISD: No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Beaumont ISD: No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Bob Hope School in Port Arthur:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Bridge City ISD:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Buna ISD:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Burkeville ISD: No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Cathedral Christian School: No school Friday, class will resume Monday
 
Catholic Diocese: No school Friday, class will resume Monday (Diocese remains open)

East Chambers ISD:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Evadale ISD:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Jasper ISD: Classes will start 2 hours late on Friday

Kirbyville ISD: No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Kountze ISD:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Lamar University:  Lamar University and LIT will have no classes after 4:00 p.m. Thursday and both campuses will be closed Friday.

Lamar State College-Orange:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Lamar State College-Port Arthur: No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Legacy Christian Academy - No school Friday, class will resume Monday

LC-M CISD: No school Friday, class will resume Monday

Lumberton ISD:  No school Friday, class will resume Monday
