Two 18-year-olds are facing Capital Murder charges after a Milam County woman was murdered in her home.
It happened just after 5 p.m. Monday on the 7300 block of FM 486. Sheriff's investigators say they were called by the woman's husband who found her body when he came home. The house had been robbed and her white Ford Mustang was missing.
Rockdale officers quickly found the car at a nearby convenience store and arrested its driver, Tanner Baker. A second suspect, arrested at a different convenience store in Rockdale, has been identified as Brandon Cotton.
Texas Rangers interviewed both men and say during the interview both men confessed to killing the woman and burglarizing her home.
