Spring Street murder suspects plead not guilty in court - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

The five men accused of killing two men in a shooting at a Waco apartment complex in March all plead not guilty Friday.  

17-year-old Tyus Sneed and 20-year-old Keenan Hubert were both victims to the shooting that happened at the Lakewood Villas on the 1600 block of Spring Street in Waco.

Tyrece Edward Richards, Albert Leslie Love Jr., Ricky Donnell Cummings, Darvis Tyrell Cummings and Kennedy Wayne Hardway had their first day in court Friday after being indicted for Capital Murder back on June 29 for the deaths of the two young men.

Their pre-trial is set for November 10 and the trial is set to start on November 29.
