If the president cannot fix the U.S. economy, maybe a superhero can?
During a campaign event Saturday in New Hampshire, Texas Governor and G-O-P presidential candidate Rick Perry was asked which powers he would like to have. "I don't know of the real current heroes but there was one back in my day named Superman," he said, "Superman came to save the United States."
Perry made the rounds in New Hampshire, with two stops in the early primary state.
Recent national polls have him leading all Republican contenders for the White House.
