MENTOR, Ohio, July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Gas Natural Inc. (NYSE MKT: EGAS) (the "Company"), a holding company operating local natural gas utility companies serving approximately 73,000 natural gas customers in seven states, announced that its Board of Directors declared a monthly dividend of $0.045 per share to shareholders of record as of July 15, 2014.  The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2014.
