Police Identify Man Hit and Killed By Vehicle

(KCEN)- Early Friday morning a pedestrian was struck and killed near Highway 77 and FM 431 between Rosebud and Troy.

That man has been identified as 20-year-old Steven Cooper.

It is unclear what he was doing, but police say he was walking down the road's center stripe and fog also may have been a factor in the accident.
