KILLEEN (KCEN)- Two people are now in the Bell County jail after they were caught in the act of burglarizing a Killeen home.

Reginald Hughes Domont, 20, and Keandrea Monee Margaret Gardner, 19, were arrested Tuesday after witnesses alerted police to allegedly seeing the two, who did not live there according to the witness, coming out of the home in the 4200 block of Stallion with items.

Witnesses described a multi-colored Ford Crown Victoria parked near the residence, but left when the witness saw what was happening.

The detectives were able to locate the vehicle that was occupied by the two suspects and stopped the vehicle in the McDonalds parking lot on Clear Creek Rd.  The witness identified the suspect as the person who came out of  the home on Stallion with the property and the vehicle they were driving.

The property that was taken was located on Waterproof Dr.

Domont and Gardner are charged with burglary of a habitation.

Both are in the Bell County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
