CAMERON (KCEN)- Cameron Police arrested two adults after an investigation into the injury of a 4 year old and 5 year old.

Bobby McGowan, 48, and Brenda Louise Young, 48, of Cameron were arrested and taken to Milam County Jail and charged with the third degree felony of injury to a child.

Police say the investigation showed that the two children had sustained injuries on their body that appeared to be inflicted over some time with various objects.

The children have been removed from the house are under the care of Child Protective Services at this time.

Bond has been set at $25,000 for McGowan and Young.
