One officer suffered from heat exhaustion where he was treated at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated, now with the help of the ATF, however, they do not believe foul play is involved.

The deaths of the fire victims are also being investigated.

WACO (KCEN)- Two children and their mother are dead after a fire tore through a Waco mobile home Thursday night.

The fire started just after 6 p.m. inside a trailer in the 6300 block of 19th St.

Firefighters tried to save the mother and her young children, but they said the flames were too intense. Three men in their crew actually suffered third-degree burns when attempting to save those inside. On Friday all three of those men were released from the hospital.

Witnesses say a third child was saved by a neighbor who pulled him out through the back door. The child was flown to the hospital in critical condition, and witnesses say the neighbor was taken to a hospital to be treated for burns.

Neighbors say that the doorways were covered in flames and attempts to enter the home through the windows was difficult because they were made of plexiglass.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
