(KCEN) -- Microsoft is moving in on Apple.
They unveiled a new tablet on June 18 called Surface. They are hoping it will rival the iPad.
It's about the same weight and thickness as the iPad, but with a larger, 10.6 inch high definition screen.
The surface has a built in kickstand to prop the unit up, as well as a detachable cover that doubles as a keyboard.
No specifics on price yet, but Surface is expected to be about the same as an ultrabook laptop.
