Brittany was born and raised in Odessa, Texas.

Following her dreams, she moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she graduated from the Mayborn School of Journalism at the University of North Texas and interned in Dallas at WFAA.

Her first reporting job was at KTXS News in Abilene Texas. A year later she ended up in Central Texas.

Brittany loves the Texas Rangers, San Antonio Spurs, and the outdoors. She spends most of her free time with her Boxer "Jade" and traveling to see her family and friends.
