The one-year-old social network tops a list from the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

Google+ tied with Wikipedia as the most-liked social media sites.

And Facebook is at the bottom of the list, even though it surpasses its competitors in terms of users.

Facebook has 900-million active users compared to 150-million using Google+.

The rankings are based on interviews with customers who frequently complain about Facebook's user interface changes.
