(KCEN) -- One of the College Station shooting victims, the woman who was shot while helping her daughter move when Caffall opened fire, is doing better.
Fifty-one-year-old Barbara Holdsworth is recovering from being shot once in the chest and in the arm.
She underwent surgery on Friday for the second time at St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan.
Doctors say when she was shot, one of the bullets split when it hit her chest and amazingly missed her heart, possibly saving her life and answering her families prayers.
Holdsworth was taken off of a ventilator and is now talking and walking.
She has kept her family's spirits high.
