(KCEN) -- The accused Fort Hood gunman's lawyers will be in a military court tomorrow.
Nidal Hasan's defense will discuss motions on sentencing evidence and procedures.
They will also look into a government motion to use exhibits during their opening statement.
Hasan's defense is expected to challenge the governments request to introduce certain evidence about motive and premeditation.
The hearing will start at 10 a.m. on Fort Hood.
