(KCEN) -- Autopsy results have returned for the body found in a field on August 23 in Temple.

The man was identified as 58-year-old Charles Anthony Bulgier with a previous address in Crawford, Texas.

The autopsy results show that no foul play occurred, as police suspected. Bulgier had been reported as a missing person on May 31 of this year.

He was overdue for a medical appointment at the time he went missing.

The missing person case for him is now closed but the death investigation remains active.
