(KCEN) -- A Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and known gang member has been arrested in Dallas by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
A tip helped lead to his arrest and a $7,500 reward is being paid for that tip.
Thirty-one-year-old Rickey Lynn Johnson, a Crips gang member, was wanted for Parole Violation and was convicted for things including Terrorist Threat and Exhibition of a Firearm in a School Zone.
Johnson was arrested on September 11 at an apartment complex in southeast Dallas by DPS Criminal Investigations Division agents.
Another person, Lavota Yarbough, was with Johnson at the time he as arrested and was arrested as well for outstanding misdemeanor warrants in Dallas County.
So far in 2012, 28 Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders have been arrested by DPS and other agencies.
