(KCEN) -- Six soldiers fighting with the NATO-led alliance have been killed within 24 hours.
They were killed during two separate insider attacks in Southern Afghanistan.
Four American soldiers were killed during an attack today which investigators suspect involved Afghan Police.
Late yesterday, an Afghan police officer killed two British soldiers and injured another soldier as they returned from patrol in Helmand Province.
Brigadier General Gunter Katz of the ISAF says, "Let me reiterate that we take those incidents very seriously and we do the investigation together with our Afghan partners."
The man who shot the British soldiers was killed during the incident.
Both incidents are under investigation by the ISAF along with their Afghan partners.
