(KCEN) -- Apple's stock hit a new high yesterday, reaching 700 dollars for the first time.
This marks yet another milestone for the company.
The tech giant's stock has been on the rise in recent weeks in anticipation of the iPhone 5, which has already brought in a record 2 million pre-orders in the first 24 hours.
That's double the first-day orders for the iPhone 4S last year.
And last month, Apple became the most valuable company of all time, when its market capitalization soared past 619 billion dollars.
