(KCEN) -- Both campaigns are talking about Medicare today, hoping to gain votes and change hearts.

Mitt Romney responded by saying the president gave up.
Romney said, "The President today threw in the white flag of surrender again .... His slogan was yes we can, his slogan now is no I can't. This is time for a new president."
Today President Obama and Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan will be addressing the National AARP Convention.
