(KCEN) -- An accident that shut down part of the westbound loop in Temple on September 18 is now blamed for the death of a Temple man.
Fifty-one-year-old Morries Allen Wolff passed away today from injuries he suffered in a motorcycle accident earlier this week.
Wolff was taken to Scott & White after the accident with life-threatening injuries and passed away this morning.
He was driving a motorcycle on the 1400 block of Southwest H K Dodgen Loop on Tuesday when he lost control of the vehicle. Wolff was thrown from the cycle and hit his head. He was not wearing a helmet.
The Temple Police Department's Traffic Unit is still investigating the accident.
