(KCEN) -- A neighborhood dispute in Waco ends in gunfire.
Waco Police say just before 10:00 PM yesterday evening 30-year-old David Martinez got into an argument with his neighbor 52-year-old Victor Alvarado on the 700 Block of Proctor.
During that dispute Alvarado shot Martinez.
Patrick Swanton of Waco PD says, "The case is still under investigation and I'm uncertain what the investigation is over, but I know that during the course of the argument the neighbor shot the neighbor in the back of the leg."
Alvarado was arrested for aggravated assault.
Martinez was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
