A Whitney grandmother has been missing for 7 days and her family has no idea where she could be.
50 year old Katrina Beltran left a note for her daughter saying she was going to Waco to look for a job but she never came home from that.
She has no history of medical or mental problems and has never done anything like this before. She didn't take any clothes or personal items with her. Beltran is 5'2"... 165 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair.
Her daughter says she thought her mom might have stayed in Waco with some friends because she had gotten the job. But as the days passed, she started to worry. "The second day came and then the 3rd day and I was like this is not right. She has nothing, she has no clothes she had no nothing. She didn't just run off somewhere. It's like she just vanished," says Tawnya Branscum.
Beltran was last seen driving a 2002 white Dodge Stratus with a dent in the driver's side door. But no license plate number is available. So far there is no evidence of foul play.
Beltran has friends in Waco, Killeen, San Marcos and Marble Falls, but they have not heard from her.
Anyone with information on Katrina belt ran are asked to call the Whitney Police Department at 254-694-2638.
