(KCEN) -- A Texas death row inmate has already cheated death three times.
And now he's trying for a fourth.
Cleve Foster's execution is scheduled for today.
He was just hours away from lethal injection in Huntsville when the U.S. Supreme Court issued a stay of execution last Thursday.
The court said it needed more time to rule on his claims of ineffective counsel.
And now his lawyers are asking for even more time.
Foster was found guilty of murdering a Fort Worth woman back in 2002.
