Gatesville Issues Boil Water Notice

(KCEN) -- The city of Gatesville has issued a boil water notice for some of its residents.

The order has been placed on people living from Bone Road east down Highway 84, including County Road 267, County Road 268 and FM 1829.

A break in the water line has possibly caused the water source to be contaminated. Water for drinking, cooking and making ice should be boiled before being used.

We will post an update when the boil water notice is lifted.
