(KCEN) -- In Arizona a man is in jail this morning after police say he dressed a teenage relative in terrorist-like clothing, then sent him into a street aiming a fake rocket launcher at cars.
Thirty-nine-year-old Michael Turley posted a video of the incident on Monday.
He filmed it on July 28.
After his arrest he told police he was testing their reaction time.
Turley is charged with knowingly giving a false impression of a terrorist act, endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misconduct involving a simulated explosive.
